We talked them into waiting until 6:45 am this year!! Jug makes it very difficult for the children to get him out of bed...but eventually, after lots of coaxing and bribing, they do prevail! Then out to the kitchen we all go, to see what's left of the pepsi and cookies and find out if Santa really came! He usually leaves a note and this year, at their request, he left Janey and Abbie bells from his sleigh! Sweet!
Of course, Mom and Dad blaze the trail downstairs first...to turn on the lights and get the camera's ready...our kids hate to have to pause for this photo on the stairs!! (Hee Hee...we love it!)
Janey and Abbie were the proud recipients of a "Bawbie" House. And Santa was clever enough to include a "BYU" cheerleader barbie...YES!!
Coleman received the Texas Hoody he had asked for! (Let's hope this one hangs around a little longer than the others did last year!)
What more does a 12 year old boy need than a leather basketball and a pair of metal cleats?
And Kaycee was pleasantly surprised to find a "WICKED" ticket in her stocking! Life is good...real good!
A very Merry Christmas was had by all!!
