It was at the dance studio with no "formal" dance costumes...
and short and sweet...just the way we like them!!
The girls each performed 3-4 dances with their classes. As the pictures show...they both LOVE dancing...especially at "Miss Cindys"!!
I was only able to get digital video at Abbies, but for the record we do have Janey on our regular video camera! This clip is mine and Jug's favorite number...even though it wasn't a Christmas song...we LOVED it! We obviously aren't up on our music history and had never heard this 1960's song "Sweet Pea"...but it is now one of our favorites!

They both look really cute. That was a very fun Christmas recital. Abbie's dance is cute and I have Janey on video too if you want a copy. Fun stuff!!!
What darling girls. Way to 'bust a move' Abbie! I like the song, too -- I hadn't heard that one either. I'm sure it was because I only lived for 8 days in the 60's :)
Look at those girls shakin their booties!! SO CUTE! I enjoyed our visit sa much...let's set a date for January.
Way to go, girls! You both look like such pretty little dancers. I am sure it was so much fun!
