He Did It!

Reed has had a goal to play High School Sports.

He has achieved this goal!

This month he made the

Salem Hills High School Basketball Team!

CONGRATULATIONS REED!!

We all felt like we were the lucky winners when we were given the OK to steal cute litte Molly for the night!!

It was so great to have a little one in our house again!

Everyone hung on her every move!

We were all totally entertained!

That is the beautiful thing about family...

there is always someone having someone at the "perfect" age!

Giving Thanks

Abbie is ready for Thanksgiving!

So are we!!

Her 2nd grade class did some fun re-enacting...
she got to be one of the Indians at the 1st Thanksgiving!

Then we were off to celebrate the big day in Logan with a few of the Flinders' Families!

Mark and Leisa were the awesome hosts!

They have a brand new addition to entertain us all in!

It was tons of fun!

It was great to spend this Thanksgiving with Tyler...
our family's newest missionary!

He will be in Texas for the next 2 years!

He's going to do an awesome job!!

Plenty of good food...and good times!

We are so thankful for all of our MANY blessings!!

I wish I could post that we all did something really awesome for November 11, 2011...

but unfortunately these breadsticks are about as good as it got for us!!

I did encourage everyone to make an extra special wish at 11:11am!

But these faces, plus a couple of others, are really all that
I would WISH for!!

Happy Birthday Janey!!

Today Janey is TEN!!

No more single digits.

Janey is a sweetheart...always thinking of others trying her best to do what's right!

Here is a great example:

Janey made one of these "rainbow names" for herself in art...

after being complimented on it by a few friends she decided she would make one for all 30 classmates!

She set a goal to have them finished so she could hand them out with her Birthday Treat!

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!

This is a perfect example of Janey's kindness and determination!

We hope you continue to develop these wonderful traits!

Janey was lucky to have Grandpa & Grandma down for her birthday dinner!

And Grandma provided the homemade Chocolate Cream Pie for her Birthday Dessert!!

Life is good when you are 10!

SHHS Pro Start Foods

In the midst of Kaycee's super intense

academic school year, she has two bright spots:

Seminary and Pro Start Foods.

(Seminary is self explanantory.)

Pro Start Foods is the accelerated version of foods !!

She gets to learn sweet skills, cook awesome dishes and even gets paid to CATER!

I think she looks great in this "uniform"!

Thank heavens for some "real life" skills coming out of her public education!!
