Justin Reed Jacklin was their 3rd son, followed by another son and finally a daughter! He loved to go to work with his Daddy, who would tell him if he would go get his "JUG" (his bottle) he could tag along...the nickname stuck!
I believe the REAL Birthday Wishes should go to the MOM's who get us here! Especially now that I have 5 children of my own, my admiration and appreciation to this woman grows every day! Before Jug left on his mission his mother was battling cancer, she used to tell Jug she was worried that when she died she would be forgotten. He assured her there would never be a day that he wouldn't think of her...I know for a fact that he has kept his word! I think his only Birthday wish today would be for her to be here to celebrate with him and our children!
I want to thank her and Roy for raising such a fine young man that I was lucky enough to find early in my life! It has been a blessing having such a great friend for all these years!
Jug has always loved sports! He excelled in high school and continues to be involved with our kids...enjoying it just as much now as he did then.
(The kids requested these pictures be on the post...they think they are really cool...I think they are just jealous they don't have shorts like these!)
Just as much, or MORE, than his love for sports he has always loved the outdoors! Especially when riding horses is involved...sorry dear...I didn't have a picture handy...but this is a great memory too! Salmon Fishing in Alaska...it's all good!!
Watching Jug as a Father has deepened my love for him. His children and wife always come first!

What a terrific post... great tribute to a great guy, it was very touching. We hope this year is filled with more memories shared with a great family. (I love the carpet in Kaycee and Jug's picture.. ha ha) Jug, you are one of kind and we are blessed to know you.
