Thanksgiving 2008...St. George, Utah

This year it was our turn to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Jacklin side of our family. We have enjoyed the tradition of traveling to St. George for the long weekend where Mike and Sheila graciously host the big event at their Bajio Restaurant! It is a great time for the kids to be with all of their cousins, and fun for the adults to have a little diversion as well! This year we were able to meet and share the holiday with Mike's birth family, Connie, Bob, Tara and Trey. What very nice people!! We also tackled an extended family photo shoot, Pirate Place Pizza, plenty of swimming and cousin time, and the "older" girls all snuck in a showing of Twilight! It was a great weekend with fun memories! Thanks to all who made it possible...especially Roy and Eileen for the awesome Condo Accomodations! Our family really does have lots to be thankful for!

What a fun time! I can't believe how big all the cousins are...I remember a few of them and they were so little way back when.

You are going to have to share these pictures or else you blog is going to have a constant hit because Addi won't let me turn it off. She yells each person's name as it goes by! Thanks for sharing, we had a great time over on the west side :)

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. The pictures of extended family turned out great! How neat to have such a big family and to be so close that you can drive and see each other every year!
