Celebrating our Independence!

After a weekend of baseball tournaments for our boys, we were happy to come home and relax to enjoy the evening of the 4th of July!!

Our "Cul-De-Sac of Fire" celebration was significantly smaller this year, with only the neighborhood families (and extended families) participating.

But, it doesn't take large numbers to have large fun!!

Our kids were thrilled with the chance to light their own fireworks.
And had plenty of opportunities!

It's days like these where we are truly grateful for our many blessings and freedoms...
especially that of being able to live in a great community and a wonderful neighborhood!
May God continue to bless America...and those of us lucky enough to live here!

Looks like you had a great time... I'm disappointed to you didn't mention the candy cannon! ;) As always your children look so cute and festive for the occasion.

It's a great tradition and looks like lots of fun and great memories too. I love the red, white and blue.
