Here are the results from this year's deer hunt. Jug, Reed and Coleman went out the opening weekend with all the cousins, uncles, and Pops with no luck. Last night, just the 3 of them ventured out again for a quick horse ride by the Orem water tank and came home successful! I'm not great at re-telling Hunting Stories...so I will have to let Reed put it in his own words sometime...but until then...here's a picture! Congrats Reed!!
Oh yeah...and one funny thing Jug did tell me was that after they had shot the deer he had Coleman stay by the horses while he followed the deer by foot...not 10 seconds had gone by and Cole was yelling, "DAD, DAD...Packer is on my foot!" Cole couldn't push him off so Jug ran back to get him off...Cole's relieved response: "Man...he's HEAVY!"
